Tips Increase Adsense Earnings (Part 1)
Recently, Google shared article about "Adsense: A Look Back At 2012 Highlights". Its the month of new year, now Adsense team shared some tips on official GA blog to increase earnings. There are so many tips to learn, So, you can read these tips in two-parts to increase your earning potential.

In this first article, I'm going to share some oldie-but-goodie tips; must read, If you have missed any item then try to covered that point.

Increase Ad Coverage:

By showing additional ad units on your blog or webpage you can increase your earnings in easy way. AdSense allows 3 standard ad units for your worthy content (note: you can use only one 300x600), 3 link units and 2 AdSense for search boxes on every web page of your website. If you are and Adsense publisher and confused about additional ad units. Watch this video to help you to choose best ad unit placement, according to Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. Keep in mind don't use too many ads on your website or blog.

Use Recommended Ad Sizes: 

After additional ad units factor, now try to put recommended ad sizes on your blog or website. If you'll use wide and biggest ad sizes, you can easily increase your earnings potential significantly. According to feedback's from publishers and advertisers 728X90 Leaderboard, the 336x280 Large Rectangle, the 300x250 Medium Rectangle, and the 160x600 Wide Skyscraper are the most effective ad sizes. So, keep in mind always choose best ad size for your website or blog.

Show Both Text and Image Ads: 

When you create an ad unit then choose both text and image ads. When there is no image ad to show on your website or blog, text ads will make money for you. Experiment With Ad Color Combinations:

Color combination is also good thing to earn more money from Adsense. There are 3 useful techniques are available which you can use to design ad styles: blend, compliment and contrast.  As i discussed in my previous post keep experiment with ad color combinations to find the exact ad color combination for your blog/website. Ensure Optimal Ad Placement: 

The best placement of your ads can change your life style because this is great key to increase revenue and user experience. Placing an ad above the fold (the part of a webpage that users can see without scrolling down.) is not a bad idea, but keep in mind that your blog readers can easily find the content they are looking for. Add A Search Box (or Two): 

As written in first point, you can use two AdSense for search boxes on each web page of your site.  This is a Custom Search Engine on your blog or website to provide readers with web search. When your readers will search via your custom search engine then you'll make money from relevant ads on the search results page.
