You can see link at the top of this blog. Contact forms are most important for every blog, because with it people can contact you without providing you Email address on your blog.

Blogger allows you to add your contact page as a 'Static Page'. First Here's how to create your contact page: 

1. Go to www.foxyform.com. Choose form fields and specify which fields are required.

2. Modify your contact form according to your personal website design. Such as color combinations, font size etc.

3. Enter your e-mail address for getting data. Now, click on "Create Formular" button

4. Copy the HTML code and then paste it anywhere on your website/blog. You can paste it in your blogger's static page.

  • Go To Blogger Dashboard >> Pages >> New Page >> Blank Page
  • Click On HTML Mode and Paste Above Copied HTML Code In It 
  • Now, Publish Page and Its Done
