When you log in to your Gmail account.you will see message at the bottom of "right corner" with the title "Switch to the new look".You can see in screenshot also.

After click on this link you will see message "Gmail is getting a new look".You will see the description also on this image that " You will automatically get upgraded to the new look soon. If you don't want to wait for the new look, you can switch to it today.Learn more".You will see two options after the description.First is Switch to the new look and second is continue to the old look.

By click on switch to the new look you will automatically redirect to the new look of Gmail.You will see the welcome message from Gmail with Video guide.You will see two options at the bottom of right corner.First is about the new look and second is send feedback.You can send them feedback also.If you think some limitations in the New look of Gmail.
