But that above link will work with extensions. Here are the required extensions:

1) To find blogs from a certain country, append &loc0=CountryCode to the above link. Replace CountryCode with a two-letter country code. Use capital letters only. Example, to look for blogs from USA the link would be: http://www.blogger.com/profile-find.g?t=l&loc0=US

2) For state, further append with &loc1=StateName. For example to search blogs from Texas use:
