• Minimum 5,000,000 search queries per month. 4K to 5K search queries everyday.
• At least 20 million article page views per month.

If your math is not weak as like me then you can see, above figures are too much high, which is why it is so complicated to become a Premium Publisher.

There is no form and option for apply to become a PAP. Google will contact you via E-mail or phone if it believes you deserve for it. It might take a large time, maybe months or years, to become a GAPP (Google Adsense Premium Publisher).
