30 Health Tips For Full Time Bloggers"The first wealth is health" and when we discuss about becoming a pro blogger, it can't be possible without a better mind and body.I have already shared Tips: How Can Bloggers Maintain Their Health and today I’m going to share some useful health tips for addicted Bloggers, which will help you to fit your body and fresh your mind for work.

Many people are choosing blogging field as a full time bloggers.But they forget to take care of their health.If you are a full time blogger or IT filed employ and will not take care of your health then you may be face some health problems.

Blogs Daddy is a blog all about make money online and Blogging tips and tricks.It’s a real fact that bloggers who work on PC/Laptop full time a day are more prone to diseases like weak eye sight, headache, backache and many more. We are not doctors but here we will share some useful health tips which will help you to take care of your well health.

Useful Health Tips List For Bloggers:

  1. Go for walk on daily basis and do some exercises at least 30min in the morning 
  2. Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily.
  3. Protect your eyes by using anti clear glass on laptop screens or desktop’s screen.
  4. Play some games in the evening such as basket ball,badminton etc.
  5. Take sun bath daily at least for 10 min.
  6. Enjoy a pint of water first thing in the morning.
  7. Take proper sleep atleast of 7 hours and at most of 8 hours.
  8. Stretch your neck, because it can relieve the tension associated with stress.
  9. Exercises of hand, wrist and fingers are also important before star working.
  10. Breakfast on time before you start working.
  11. Sitting in good body position (straight) while working on computer.
  12. Chair is also important part for bloggers, So always choose flexible and adjustable with height.
  13. Buy screen guard for your monitor or laptop screen.
  14. Every 10 minutes try to look into the distance for a few seconds.Please keep your eyes 10-24 inches away from the screen
  15. Height of chair is also matters so, adjust your chair's height such that while holding mouse.
  16. Set your monitor colors to natural, because low color or dark color is not useful for eyes sight.
  17. Hold your mouse smoothly when you are working.
  18. If you are in office then take break after every hour for 10 min. and go for walk.
  19. In tea time go away from computer and stretch your body.
  20. In break time, do some eye exercise like look at green color or plants.Greenery is awesome way to keep your sight normal.
  21. Use your headphone in limit, 1 hour is perfect for entertainment.
  22. Have your healthy lunch at time.
  23. If you are in tension for any reason then surf some interesting websites, watch funny videos on YouTube. Open your Facebook profile, you will feel relax and it will refresh your mind.
  24. Yoga and meditations are useful exercise for every people.
  25. It is common habit I saw in every blogger, but please avoid smoking and drinking.
  26. Make your time table for blogging hours.
  27. In evening go outside in the market and meet with friends.
  28. Studies show that people who sleep between 7 hr. and 8 hr. a night, as they report, live the longest.
  29. Sleep early and get up early (But if you are addicted blogger then 12PM to 8:30AM sleeping hours).
  30. Avoid junk food like chips, pizzas, burgers etc in order to stay fit and healthy.
